Hello everyone. How was your weekend? I hope you had a relaxing weekend after a long week at work. You know what? I'd love to be here to tell you about my weekend experience, this is my first post in this community, and I hope you enjoy it.
Who do you want to spend your weekend time with? For me, I'd like to spend my weekend with those I care about the most because I feel most at ease when I'm with them. After a week at work, all I want is peace and comfort.
The one I wish I could spend all weekend with is my niece, she is my brother's daughter, and also my first niece. I love her so much. She lives with her parent in Da Nang city and I live in Gia Lai province because I don't live near her, so I miss her. I could just video call her whenever I missed her. I was in Da Nang this week for my work, and the first thing I want to do when I was here is visit my niece.
My father and I took her to a bookstore after picking her up from kindergarten because my brother had told me she loves that bookstore. We arrived at a bookstore on Le Duan street of Da Nang city. That is the big Fahasa bookstore has six floors. My niece was so excited when she was here.
I'm really happy to see my dad (her grandfather) holding her hand like this because this picture is very rare in our family because my brother's family lives in Da Nang and my family lives in Gia Lai, more than 400 kilometers apart due to geographical distance, so we rarely see each other, so moments like this make me even more grateful.
The bookstore has six floors and we chose the 4th floor for my niece because that floor displays the children's toys. My niece is very curious about everything around her, and when she entered the bookstore, she was very excited to run over and touch the objects displayed on the shelves, looking through one after the other and curious. She inquired as to what it is. When I say the name of the thing, she repeats after me, oh, it looks so lovely. Even though she picked them up one after the other, she didn't forget to put them back in place, on this point, I'm proud of my niece for being so conscious.
After some searching, she chose two items that she liked and held them in her lap as if they were precious objects that no one should touch (look so cute). I asked her to let me help her because it appeared to be quite heavy to her, but she refused to give it to me as if I was going to take it back. Oh, kids.
After that, we went to the playground to let her play in it. She was interested in this location despite the fact that she was the only one there at the time. My soul was at peace as I watched my niece play. I could watch her play in the children's playroom for hours and never get tired of seeing her have fun, I treasure moments like this. She became tired after a while of playing and ran to me, telling us to go home. We took her home because it was late, but honestly, I wanted to extend the time I could spend with her. The greater the length, the better.
If I have the time, I plan to pay her a visit more frequently in the future. How about you? Has anyone had a niece or nephew yet? And how does everyone feel about your niece or nephew? I'm certain you'll love these little ones. How was your weekend? Let me know by leaving a comment below. Thank you so much for stopping here to read my post. Take care and see you next time.
