Better to stake it and take the 20% interest or just keep it liquid just in case and wait for the next pump

It is better in long term, but I regret withdrawing and selling $1500 HBD in recent past, when $1 HBD was around $1 USD. Nowadays I am rebuilding it. I currently have $41.60 HBD in savings. Currently the estimated interest for this month is $0.527 HBD.
