Of course, this food is made by me. Due the inflation snd shortages sometimes (always) the majority of cubans we have to improvise or innovate with the same few ingredients. This pictures are from lunches thay I made for me and my grandma the days that I stay home taking care of she.
I recognize that sometimes she helped me or I ask for indications in differents recipes.
I am pretty sure that this type of plates (sadly, sometimes even less than that) are the fundations of cuban people alimentation.
