As a very demanding customer, some of the elements that usually hook me in a bakery are:
The attention: the treatment we receive as customers is something that keeps me coming back. There are coffee shops that I wouldn't trade for new ones because of the way their workers treat me. For example, there is a coffee shop that I have previously published where the staff receives me with much affection and they make me feel at home.
That is why I always come back, they know how I like the presentation of the coffee and there are even some combos that they serve in disposable cups and they serve it to me in porcelain cups because they know that I don't like to drink in plastic cups. I like places where they treat me with affection and usually fulfill my cravings as a customer; I love that.
The quality of the product: There are places where the quality of the product keeps us coming back, where they prepare our orders just the way we like them, with good presentation, concentration and temperature.
The price: While it is true that when acquiring a product we like to pay for its quality and the price derives from it, there are places where they serve us a coffee with a price according to the product they offer us and at the same time in a very pleasant atmosphere. Many times we tend to pay a little more for the product because of the comfort of the place where we enjoy it.
The ambiance: Enjoying a good view, a clean and pleasant place is always something we want to have during our visits to a coffee shop; that is why coffee shops take great care in a good decoration, a harmonious ambiance, with a good temperature and very organized, these are some of the many things that make me return to a coffee shop.
Those places where the owner or manager takes care of every detail, with dedication and determination to provide the public with a good service. And you, what makes you go back to a coffee shop?
