✅La cabeza: los ojos, las sienes, la barbilla y la nariz;
✅El tronco: las axilas, la clavícula, el plexo solar, el hígado y los riñones;

![ENGLISH VERSION]
Jennifer Lopez starred a long time ago in a movie called NEVER EVER (recommended) where she had to learn to defend herself, one of the questions that our dear @irenenavarroart asks us made me remember that movie, if you want to know my opinion, keep reading!
1️⃣ Risky situations for women are common. Do you feel prepared to face physical and psychological threats? What do you think about a woman preparing for self-defense and what criteria do you think she should take into account to avoid becoming paralyzed in the face of imminent danger?When we are in a situation of imminent danger we act more by instinct than by reason, many may think: if someone attacks me I will defend myself from my attacker, I will hit him or perhaps I will scream very loud so that everyone Men listen and they can help me but when the time comes to suffer such a situation it turns out that the nerves or fear invade you and you can neither defend yourself nor scream.A friend of mine once told me an anecdote that I thought was funny, of course we laughed because a lot of time had passed since what happened, it turns out that once she was in a passenger terminal waiting for a bus to go home, she was exhausted from the day at work, she had several folders with many papers because she was going to correct requests from her students, she was distracted until...Suddenly a thug, very tall, with a strong build, tore off the chain that she had around her neck. She told me that she doesn't know how quickly he grabbed the guy by the flannel, he grabbed him by the neck and gave him three good blows that knocked him out, and then she took her papers again, picked up her chain, and got very dignified into the transport unit. Everyone applauded her!She is a woman who always breathes peace, with a calm, calm voice, she always said that if something happened she was going to let the thief take whatever he wanted and she would be calm but It was different, that was when he understood based on instinct and reasoning.Now, in conclusion, I can say that YES I AGREE that we all learn to defend ourselves since even though we have advanced in many ways we are still the perfect target not only on the street but at home even at work, a good friend once explained to me that there are three points of balance in self-defense:
✅The head: the eyes, temples, chin, and nose;
✅The trunk: the armpits, clavicle, solar plexus, liver and kidneys;
✅The lower limbs: testicles, quadriceps, and knees.With basic knowledge, we could defend ourselves from attacks if the occasion arises but it is also of utmost importance to remain calm and cool-minded just as Jlo did in the movie (of course, in the movie it was a very extreme situation) the law protects the woman, even for ventures that she wants to do and improve her quality of life, my suggestion is that it would be great to have programs with motivational coaches that teach self-defense and Emotional Intelligence classes.
