I am pleased to share my trumpet interpretation of “Marry You,” a song that mixes genres such as Pop, R&B, and Alternative Rock composed by Bruno Mars, Philip Lawrence, and Ari Levine. I love the melody because it is energetic, passionate, and optimistic. The song is in 4/4 time with a syncopated rhythm. I like the lyrics because they talk about a spontaneous and exciting marriage proposal, framed in an intense love that invites us to live the present to the fullest. I believe that the decision to get married is crucial for human beings. People join in marriage not only to fulfill a social contract, but also to build a family. I believe that marriage is ordained by God, and that its purpose is to bring children into the world, develop ourselves personally, and serve others. Its goal is for us to be happy.

Tengo el agrado de compartir mi interpretación con la trompeta de «Marry You», una canción que mezcla géneros como el Pop, el R&B y el Rock alternativo compuesta por Bruno Mars, Philip Lawrence, y Ari Levine. Me encanta la melodía porque es enérgica, apasionada y optimista. La canción está en un compás de 4/4 con un ritmo sincopado. Me gusta la letra porque habla de una propuesta de matrimonio espontánea y emocionante, enmarcada en un amor intenso y que invita a vivir al máximo el presente. Considero que la decisión de casarse es crucial para los seres humanos. Las personas se unen en matrimonio no solo para cumplir un contrato social, sino también para construir una familia. Yo pienso que el matrimonio es ordenado por Dios, y que tiene como propósito traer hijos al mundo, desarrollarnos personalmente, y servir a los demás. Su objetivo es que seamos felices.
I am glad to be part of this weekly contest. We get to show our skills and talents. It is a great challenge for the judges to watch all the performances and I sincerely hope that God guides them with discernment, good judgment and understanding. I have many plans, including singing. And well, I have to overcome my limitations. Above all, because I want to be visible, valued and accepted. I have to improve the entire production process, as well as the recording process. I want the sound to sound better, the image to look optimal, and do things I have never done before. In the meantime, I have to fight with my old laptop, my damaged cell phone and also with my video camera in bad condition. I hope you all have a great week, and that you enjoy my performance. Me alegra ser parte de este concurso semanal. Tenemos la oportunidad de mostrar nuestras habilidades y talentos. Es un gran reto para los jueces observar todas las presentaciones y espero de todo corazón que Dios los guíe con discernimiento, buen juicio y entendimiento. Tengo muchos planes, incluso el de cantar. Y bueno, me toca sobreponerme a mis limitaciones. Sobre todo, porque quiero ser visibilizado, valorado y aceptado. Tengo que mejorar todo el proceso de producción, y además de grabación. Quiero que el sonido suene mejor, que la imagen se vea óptima, y hacer cosas que no he hecho antes. Mientras, me toca pelear con mi vieja laptop, mi celular dañado y también con mi cámara de video en mal estado. Espero que les vaya excelente esta semana, y que disfruten de mi interpretación. Buenas vibras para todos.
