¿Qué es lo más útil que tienes?
What’s the most useful thing you own?
La cosa más útil que tengo en primer lugar es mi propio cuerpo porque sin este no fuese posible estar aquí en este mundo, el cuerpo es materia así que podría tomarse como una cosa material si nos ponemos a pensar, mi cuerpo hace tantas cosas por mi , me permite respirar, hablar, pensar, moverme, disfrutar de los olores sabores y también tiene la capacidad de avisarme cuando no está bien cuando empieza a doler, mi cuerpo es lo más útil, pero si la pregunta se refier a algo más que yo haya adquirido, es decir, algo realmente material como sabemos, diría que la cosa más útil que tengo es el lugar donde habita mi cuerpo es decir mi casa.
The most useful thing I have in the first place is my own body because without it it would not be possible to be here in this world, the body is matter so it could be taken as a material thing if we think about it, my body does so many things for me , it allows me to breathe, speak, think, move, enjoy smells, flavors and also has the ability to tell me when it's not right when it starts to hurt, my body is the most useful, but if the question refers to something other than me I have acquired, that is, something really material as we know, I would say that the most useful thing I have is the place where my body lives, that is, my house.
Tener una casa propia es considerado un lujo para algunas personas en el mundo, en mi país existen muchos problemas económicos y sociales que le impiden a las personas tener su propio techo, pero se que en el mundo no sólo se trata de un problema económico sino también de densidad de población y también político, en el mundo hay gente que ha sido desplazada y tienen que vivir en refugios, hay gente viviendo en la calle, por otro lado hay personas que aun teniendo profesiones y trabajos importantes no pueden tener una casa propia porque los precios son tan elevados que es imposible, también he visto noticias que hay ciudades que son metrópolis en donde está tanta la cantidad de gente que las personas solo pueden alquilar apartamentos minúsculos y posiblemente nunca tendrán una casa.
Having your own home is considered a luxury for some people in the world, in my country there are many economic and social problems that prevent people from having their own roof, but I know that in the world it is not only an economic problem but also of population density and also political, in the world there are people who have been displaced and have to live in shelters, there are people living on the street, on the other hand there are people who even have professions and important jobs cannot have a home of their own because the prices are so high that it is impossible, I have also seen news that there are cities that are metropolises where there are so many people that people can only rent tiny apartments and possibly never have a house.
Aunque las personas son diferentes y se adapta a distintos ambientes, del mismo modo que en culturas como la venezolana es común que los hijos hagan familia en la misma casa que los padres, en muchos casos la casa o vivienda es la cosa más útil que alguien pueda tener, este es mi caso, mi casa es pequeña y actualmente necesita muchas reparaciones pero aun así es mi propiedad, en ella vivo y me siento feliz, me da independencia y seguridad, en ella crié a mis hijas y en ella he estado tranquila. Yo me siento muy agradecida con Dios por permitirme tener una casa donde vivir.
Although people are different and adapt to different environments, in the same way that in cultures such as the Venezuelan it is common for children to form a family in the same house as their parents, in many cases the house or home is the most useful thing that someone may have, this is my case, my house is small and currently needs a lot of repairs but it is still my property, I live in it and I feel happy, it gives me independence and security, I raised my daughters in it and I have been calm in it . I feel very grateful to God for allowing me to have a house to live in.
