Being good at math isn't enough; you also need to be good at analyzing, memorizing the formula and understanding the concepts.
You're going to miss a lot of events in your home because of the straight quizzes, plates and oral participation everyday.
We suffered many breakdowns and then sometimes I can just say to myself "Can I still do it?", "I guess I cannot do it anymore", "I think i should shift course already".
Once you witness your colleagues putting in a lot of effort and struggling, just like you observed them studying, the stress becomes more acceptable. You're going to take the exam with sleepless nights and with empty stomach because we don't have enough time.
In engineering, its okay to have a 3.0 grade (passing grade) the most important thing is that you passed that subject.
Stress, anxiety, depression, breakdowns and disappoints are what you will experience daily.
But that doesn't mean your dreams end there as long as you keep believing that you can. Your hard work will pay off.
It may not be today, tomorrow or next year but one thing for sure, we will get the license we are aiming for.
So to all aspiring students out there, just keep pushing and then one day our time will come.
By the way, this is just a "post to relief" blog since recently this made me sad. Being an engineering student is not that easy to be honest. You'll need extra patience and perseverance. I hope i can still survive in this course until next year.
Thanks guys, see you on my next blog. AJA! ❤️🫶
