set up a disciplined lifestyle

I start the morning by exercising, it's still very early, the atmosphere outside is still dim, I put on my shoes and immediately go out to exercise, some people choose to stay asleep because this is a very good time to hang out, but I and some other people prefer to exercise in the morning before going to work

I am used to living a disciplined life, waking up early in the morning to perform the dawn prayer and then exercising, maybe at first it was a bit difficult to apply discipline in life, but over time it will become a necessity and it is very enjoyable

Before going to work, I usually have breakfast with rice and a cup of sweet tea because it can make me able to work and my body's nutritional intake is met, I have a friend who never eats rice in the morning, he only drinks a cup of coffee and a piece of cake then goes to work, I don't blame him, that's his style his life is important he can endure to live the day and work

I work as a health nurse at a local health center today I do my job as usual and according to my job description

Around 12:30 we visited the house of our friend, a colleague in the same profession who was grieving, his father had just passed away, his place was in Alue Bili

It has become a tradition in our place every time someone dies we will visit to comfort him and pray that the deceased will be forgiven by Allah subhanahuwatala, he and his family are very happy with our arrival

In the afternoon I returned to my business place which is located in Alue Ie Puteh

Here I serve all patients who will be treated at my place, sorry this is a form of the atmosphere of our place in the village so it is still very minimal from luxury, besides being able to help those who are sick here I can also earn income because all of this is not free
