Hoy me atrevo a invitarles a un café. Todos sabemos las propiedades que tiene esta bebida adictiva. Les cuento que cuando me levanto y no hay café en la casa, o no tenemos electricidad, yo salgo de la casa al trabajo con dolor de cabeza.

Les puedo asegurar que en mi ciudad hay varios lugares donde te puedes sentar y tomar un rico café en compañía de amigos, familia, pareja, o sencillamente pasar a tomar un trago de café, pero mi invitación es más directa, mi invitación es al Café Cerezo.
Como ya lo dice su nombre, es el lugar ideal, bajo la sombra de este árbol del que toma su nombre, con el aire puro que recibe de la naturaleza que habita en este espacio. El Cerezo tiene algo especial, y es que te llenas de buenas energías desde que vas entrando.
Está situado en uno de los patios del Centro Cultural Huellas, sede de la Fundación Nicolás Guillén, ciudad de Las Tunas, Cuba. Y mientras te tomas un café, puedes fumarte un cigarro, leer un poema, revisar un libro de los que están en exposición, o sencillamente, escoger el que te guste de los que están a disposición de los caféadictos y llevártelo de regalo.
Mientras tomas un café bajo el cerezo, conoces a Frida, mascota del lugar o a una de sus hijas. Mientras tomas el elixir de la energía, puedes conocer a grandes artistas de la ciudad, entre ellos escritores, pintores, músicos, artistas escénicos, sencillamente puedes dialogar con ellos, pues también como nosotros son personas sencillas, que también persiguen el olor y sabor de esta bebida oscura.
Pues bien, todas estas cosas las puedes hacer incluso mientras esperas el café, pero una vez que llega a tu mesa, la taza de este preciado líquido, la taza humeante, esa que desprende el olor a mañana limpia, a Elicia, usted solo quiere tomar el primer sorbo, y sí, yo le puedo asegurar que es exquisito.
El señor Orlando, es la persona encargada que usted reciba las delicias y paladee el intenso sabor del café cubano. Si bien Orlando nos prepara a gusto el café para tomarlo, también te dedica algunos minutos para conversar de cualquier tema en común, y lo hace desde su experiencia con años de estudios acumulados como un señor hecho en los servicios gastronómicos.
