Hey everyone.
I was just about to get back into the swing of things on Hive with no more long hours at the ship and a better work environment...
... but circumstances have led me back to and into worse.
Basically, Middel Management sucks. I bear the brunt of the responsibility, and sometimes people slip up on site. Sometimes, it is a small mistake, but it absolutely has to be resolved.
When this happens, top management wants to cut a deal and do something for free while the guys at the bottom all deny having had responsibility for the problem.
Therefore, everyone looks at me.
This time, I will not even give the working level guys the chance to redeem their screw-up by fixing it myself!
I am angry. Everyone jumped away from this problem and I am left on my own, standing on the battlefield with our banner raised. Only to find that nobody as any loyalty to the company.
Meanwhile management looks at me because I was in charge.
The issue is about a small issue and nobody picked it up. I will need to work for a few hours and resolve the issue.
I hope that everyone else has an easier work day.
