Hey everyone. Zak here from Cape Town, South Africa again.
Well... @clairemobey and the kids all came to visit me in the hospital now. I am spending another night in the hospital.
The infection is beginning to recede but there still needs to be blood tests in the morning and it all needs to be checked out some more before they can release me back into the wild.
Something rather terrifying happened to me last night as I started oozing out a liquid from my wound!
I had not felt it start but the moment I tried to wipe it away a massive torrent came gushing out of the wound!
The night duty nurse bandaged me up with an absorbent wrap to catch any more liquidy-puss-blood-stuff.
The next morning the day nurse flushed the wound to clean it all out. Irrigation...
But the doctor was really happy with all of this.
It was great to see the family gain.
I wish I could be home in my bed tonight. I miss my home. I miss my kids. I miss my wife.
I even miss being able to go to work!
Well... I think I shall try catch up with my warhammer blogs!
