The truth is everybody that ways to be a sport man or person is someone that must know how to prepare, a person that knows how to work very hard, a person that knows how to never give up, a person that knows how to stretch their energy in a way that they don't get weak or tired easily.

Now this is what most losers misses and so when they see this secret, they can tap to it and work on themselves so they are now even better persons, they know know that they have improved in strength and sustainability...

Nature has thought us a whole lot if things, but I'll point out to one major one that we all need.
The moment to consistently do something, an impact will surely be replaced, the moment you do something, maybe exercise or athletic build up or body fitness, at first it might look as if you cannot do anything positive with your life, then later it will look like you will die soon, and later it will look like you are getting better and then later you'll understand some techniques that will now make work easier and faster to do, and much later, you'll easily gather experience and education to do one or 2 things to get a better results...

Nevertheless, in everything we do, in every field of business or activity in this life, whether we like it or not, there are some coded shortcut or permit me to call it cheat that will most times make you get your results in a more seamless way, but then, there must be one or two extra things that must be done to get to that point, something beyond the usual, something maybe a little bit extra and maybe not a little bit but a whole of going extra miles...

Now, it is majorly easy and common to hear that athletes takes some booster to Jack them up, but then, Imagine trying to get substance that will probably not be 100% healthy to yourself and so you risk your life so that you at the end of the day you can win a contest, or a race, or a fight?

I know that there are somethings that are to be taken to help you feel better and stronger, but not to the extent of using drugs and those kinds of hard substances, I mean, you might think you are doing yourself the best because you know you probably gonna win cause you'll never get tired or weak at any point, no matter what you are doing, no matter where you are going...

At this point where you think drugs or hard substances will keep you going throughout your sporting activities, the moment you don't take drugs, you'll feel useless, you'll feel like you can't do anything, I mean the wrong becomes the norms to you which does not makes no sense that your normal is not what is supposed to be ...

You will also grow old on time, you'll get weak on time, you'll get tired as a man, a point in your life where you are not supposed to be struggling as an old person, shaking like every single day is your last period of life, you'll get weak and will be staggering when you are even supposed to be younger and stronger...

Life is a choice but I am against the fact that as a sport man or person and you are dependent on drugs to not Shame you while you are doing your things, I'm so against it...
There are better ways to win, do not stop and be the star everyone is looking up to...
