You've probably heard of mushrooms growing on the edges of gutters. But what you may not know is because of its proximity to water and nutrients that have been washed away by rain. When it rains, it carries these nutrients to the gutters and stores them at the edges. This allows mushrooms to grow in areas where they normally cannot survive and gives them access to food.
So the next time you see mold growing in your gutter, pay extra attention! This may be the key to your success with these little mushrooms.
I am not a mushroom hunter, but I can conclude that this mushroom is similar and similar to an umbrella. Some call this mushroom tengkong.!
This mushroom grows on the banks of gullies. They are quite beautiful; they have a soft white color, and a small black spot on top... Here's an explanation so you know about toadstools
These mushrooms do not grow in mud or forest soil. This fungus generally grows on the edges of gullies. And no, we are not talking about those that grow on roofs or ceilings which are therefore called roof or ceiling fungi. What we mean is a mushroom called an umbrella or commonly called a tengkong mushroom. Just want to clarify.
I do not know for sure whether these mushrooms are edible or not. and can it be eaten if it is toadstools? and will moisture from rainwater help mushrooms grow? I was surprised that it happened on my side, so I will have to check it again in the future.
As I said at the beginning, although I am not a mushroom hunter, I usually know quite well what grows in my area. Now, I'll be honest: when we first saw this mushroom growing out of the gutter of our house, it took me a few minutes to figure out what exactly it was.! this is all I can say!
This is my picture. I took it 2 days ago with the phone camera Oppo A7. I was very careful to aim to make it look good.
