Big Mack Superstar Harvest!

in #weedcash2 years ago

Hello Everyone,

The Big Mack Superstar cannabis is now harvested.

It was an amazing journey growing @jonyoudyer's awesome cannabis strain, and a real honor that he felt confident in my abilities to produce good results. Thank you my friend, I hope seeing these photos puts a big smile on your face!

Not only is this the first strain with known genetics that I grew, it is also my biggest cannabis achievement ever.

It is the most massive plant I've ever grown and the buds appear to be extremely potent. I think it is likely the most potent plant I've ever grown as well.

Let me finish bragging now and let's get on with checking out the process!

Standing proudly with the Big Mack Superstar.

Deeply inhaling the aroma of some bud I recently harvested from a Wedding Crasher breed. I'm not 100% sure if the genetic was accurate and the end result was not that great, but it's still smokable and I like to burn incense and smoke weed while listening to classical music when I harvest.

My music choice for this harvest was Niccolò Paganini , an Italian violinist.

Probably the best hand rolled joint you have ever seen.

Kitty Covid never misses a harvest.

I decided to trim the smaller buds because I am impatient and want some weed to dry faster. I'm willing to keep the leaves on the larger buds for the drying process. I've heard it's best to leave the leaves.

This is the Big Mack Superstar completely harvested, a massive yield produced under a 240 watt LED light.

I'm now working with a 600 watt Kingbrite as well, and have clones of this exact plant growing right now. It will be interesting to see what kind of results I'll be able to produce.

I would love to hear guesses of what the weight is going to be after dried.

I didn't do a wet weigh because I would rather just wait and see the dried weight.

I'll throw my own conservative guess of a quarter pound of dry bud. I'll be ecstatic if I get more than that, and pretty surprised if I get less than that.

Either way this is a fine harvest that I think most cannabis cultivators would be pleased with.

What do you all think of the Big Mack Superstar harvest?

I would love to read your thoughts in the comments!

Thank you for stopping by! Have a great day! -@futuremind

Oh boy 😆👌👌 ... hey this harvest time is more cool 😋👌👌👌

Haha 😆 Thanks so much my friend, puff puff pass 👌

Npr 😆👌👌🍷

Wow! It looks fabulous!!! Love the music choice, mind blowing stuff, Paganini. A quarter pound from one plant?!!! Well done!!!

Thank you @owasco! Paganini set's the mood perfectly for just about anything :)
Not sure yet if it will be a QP but I think it's a conservative guess, it might be more. We'll know when it's dry.

It’s been cool to watch this one grow over the last few months. Can’t wait to hear how it smokes for you.

Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words and support through the process. We're just getting started :)

JAJAJ me gusta que tengas un ritual para hacer las cosechas.

In bed, chat tomorrow

Okay, I'm up now, getting ready to head to the VA for my first "Huff-N-Puff" test in several years (Spirometer, to measure my lung capacity) I truly hate the things and had told them flatly that I would not do them again.
Some things have changed with my breathing, so I think it is a good time to endure it again.
Speaking of lungs, I hate that I couldn't 'sample' some of your wares there Mr Jacob!

Excellent choice of music to harvest your plants to! I was watching a video of some famous wine maker in France who plays music in the cellar, saying it helps the wine, sane thing should be true for trichomes. Glad to see how big the BMS colas can achieve:)

!1UP

Thanks so much bro! I'm happy you are pleased with the results!

I think there is something to this energetic effect with music indeed :)

Now you just need to finish this and give us a smoke report. Posting and documenting seed to smoke is another feat within itself. A lot easier said then done :)

Thanks so much @happyfrog420-new!

Wow harvest time! Your hardwork paid off.

Thank you!

Nice one man, What do you think the final weight is going to be?

Thanks man! I'm hoping it will be about 100 grams.

It my first time engaging with the big mack harvest it great. I love the kitty too

Thanks so much! That is my kitty Covid, his love is infectious! 😄

She looks so good dude! Awesome job! And I'm not an expert by any means, but I think you'll get at least a quarter pound if not more! I can't see them all very well, but most of those buds are pretty damn healthy, and look to be at least 7 grams or more. I'd say that one your holding would be right around 7 g's and I'd be shocked if it was any less!

Thanks a lot man!
You have a really good eye :) 7 grams is a great guess for that bud and what I'm thinking as well. I'll make it a point to weigh that one by itself and let you know afterwards if you were on the money.

Yeah I think a QP is pretty doable from this harvest, the buds have already shrunk some, but it's still an impressive amount of weed and probably an easy QP.

Thank you! I've spent a good amount of time eye ballin my bags because I didn't have scales 🤣 I learned pretty quickly what a quarter looked like haha.

But hell yea let me know! I'm really interested to know what that monster weighed!

I hope you got at least that much, because that was a nice looking plant!

I can't wait til I have my first harvest and see for myself how the bud changes during the drying and curing!

That's a pretty big plant for only 240w.. I'm gonna guess 96 grams

Thanks man, I fed her good.
Good guess I'll let you know later.

You nailed it
looks so good and tasty

Thanks so much bro! This was the mother plant from the clones. I just finished smoking this one, it was about 90 grams.
I just harvested a clone of the BMS yesterday :D

That is one giant happy plant! 100gm sounds about right. My guess is slightly below that, may be 80, but let's hope for the best. Suddenly I got the idea of how about freeze dried it 🤣

wow...you are very creative. From the cannabis tree can be a beautiful room decoration plant. Good job, my friend. Have a nice day..

Thank you my friend, I try my best, have a great day.

Damn!

@tipu curate

Quarter pound?

I think 77g

Thank you @woelfchen!

We will see what happens, these buds are very dense and plump. I hope they don't shrink too much :D

Thank you for the kind words, guess, and tip!

Ah a Quarter pound is 454g?

Damn then 222 (first guess before editing) would probably be more realistic ^^

Id be happy enough with 72 on one plant

It is fucking hard to guess from pics

I wasn't sure if you didn't know the measurement or if it was like saying "you think that much? oh I think this much"

I think the use of pounds for measuring is mostly a US thing.

Actually 1 pound is 454 grams.

a quarter pound is 1/4 of a pound. So it would be 454 divided by 4 = 113 grams for a quarter of a pound "quarter pound".

Yes pics make it kind of hard to guess.

Here is a pic from a post about 4 days ago with a standard size Bic lighter sitting on a nug.

Maybe your first guess is closer maybe something like 70-150g.

Thanks man :D
Im currently travelling and not completely clear in my head xD

I stay with 72, even though could be little more and ur Quarter pound guess also seems quite good :)
