Umarım iyisinizdir ya da iyi olmaya çalışıyorsunuzdur. Bugün uzuuuuunn bir aradan sonra yürüyüşe çıktım. Tabii sabah ben biraz geç kalkınca Nabi'nin "10 DAKİKA İÇİNDE EVDEN ÇIKMALISIN!" demesi ile kendime biraz geldim.

Yanlış anlamayın bir yere yetişmem gerektiğinden değil de yürüyüş için. Hem de glutensiz ekmek ve lor peyniri gibi almam gereken şeyler vardı, iyi oldu.

Aliexpress üzerinden eniştemin hediyesi olan yeni kulaklığımı "düzgün" bir şekilde denemek için harika bir fırsattı. Tabii benim evden çıkmam 10 dakikadan daha fazla sürdü orası ayrı bir konu ama kendimi dışarı atar atmaz çok daha iyi hissettim.

Havalı görünüyor bence ve ses kalitesi de fena değil cidden ama mikrofon yok. Yani var da yok. O kadar kötü ki Nabi'ye sesimi duyuramıyorum hiçbir şekilde. Yine de, dediğim gibi, ses kalitesi fiyatına göre harika ki bu da vergiler dahil 477 TL yapıyor.

Neyse. Yürüyüş yaparken ben yine köpeklerin bulunduğu alanlardan kaçmaya odaklandım.

Bu sırada da karabataklara denk geldim. Tabii bunlar karabatak mıydı çok anlayamadım. Kuşlardan pek anlamam ve haz da etmem ne yalan söyleyeyim.

Sonra yine balıkçıların bulundupu kısıma. Oradaki kediler çok sakin. Karınları sürekli balıkla dolduğundan sanırım. Onlar adına mutluyum en azından bazıları iyi kişiler tarafından iyi bakılıyor.

S.S.Silivri Su Ürünleri Kooperatifi'nin yeni işini görünce bayağı bir şaşırdım. Uzun zaman olduğunu biliyorum sahilin bu kısmına gideli ama bunu beklemiyordum. Harika olmuş. Kim yaptıysa ellerine sağlık. Hem görüntü kirliliğini uzun kıyılarda engelliyor hem de oldukça düzenli. Bu şekilde 2 iskele yapılmış.

Buradan sonra ise geri döndüm. İlerisi benim için biraz tehlikeliydi çünkü. Malum bazı köpekler çok fazla korumacı olabiliyor bölgeleri için.

Yanlış anlamayın lütfen. Köpekleri de çok severim. Hatta onları agresif bir şekilde sevmek daha kolay ama zor şartlarla yüzleşmiş herkes gibi onlar da biraz saldırganlışıyorlar.

Biraz yorulunca oturacak kuru bir yer buldum. Bu sabah gerçekten oldukça güzel ve serindi ama her yer ıslaktı da. Sanırım benden önce buraya birisi oturmuştu ve güzel bir şekilde temizlemişti de.

Biraz dinlenip glutensiz ekmek almak için yürürken aklıma bankadaki işim geldi ve bankada resmen 2 saat harcadım. Çok üzücü. Sonrasında ise işlerimi halledip eve geçtim. Yarın sizinle çok beğendiğim bir tarif paylaşacağım.

Diyetisyenim sağ olsun beni güzel tariflerden mahrum etmiyor ve eli de o kadar bol ki anlatamam size.

I hope you are well or are trying to be well. Of course, when I got up a little late in the morning, Nabi said ‘YOU MUST LEAVE THE HOUSE IN 10 MINUTES!’ and I came to myself a little bit.

Don't get me wrong, not because I had to catch up somewhere, but for a walk. I also had things to buy like gluten-free bread and curd cheese, so it was good.

It was a great opportunity to ‘properly’ try out my new headphones, a gift from my aunt's husband via Aliexpress. Of course, it took me more than 10 minutes to get out of the house, but I felt much better as soon as I got out.

I think it looks cool and the sound quality is not bad, but there is no microphone. I mean, there's just not no microphone. It's so bad that I can't make Nabi hear me. Still, as I said, the sound quality is great for the price, which is 477 TL (14.03 USD) including taxes.

Anyway. While walking, I again focused on avoiding areas where dogs were present.

In the meantime, I came across cormorants. Of course, I couldn't tell if they were cormorants or not. I don't know much about birds and I don't like them, to tell you the truth.

Then back to the fishermen's area. The cats there are very calm. I think it's because their bellies are always full of fish. I'm happy for them, at least some of them are well cared for by good people.

I was quite surprised to see the new work of S.S.Silivri Fisheries Cooperative. I know it's been a long time since I went to this part of the coast, but I didn't expect this. It's great. Thanks to whoever did it. It both prevents visual pollution on long shores and is quite organised. Two piers were built in this way.

After that I went back because it was a bit dangerous for me. You know, some dogs can be very protective of their territory.

Please don't misunderstand. I like dogs very much. It is even easier to love them aggressively, but like everyone who faces difficult conditions, they get a little aggressive.

When I got a bit tired I found a dry place to sit down. It was really nice and cool this morning, but it was also wet everywhere. I think someone had sat here before me and had cleaned it nicely.

While I was resting a bit and walking to buy gluten-free bread, I thought of my stuff at the bank and I spent 2 hours at there. Very sad. Afterwards, I took care of my business and went home. Tomorrow I will share with you a recipe that I like very much.

Thanks to my dietician, she does not spare me from good recipes and her hand is so abundant that I cannot tell you.
