It had never snowed while I was in Istanbul.That's why I was sad that I wouldn't see snow this year. I was very happy to see snow when I woke up in the morning. Along with this joy of snow, another beautiful thing happened. Today I will tell you about the little one who brought that happy news to life and opened his eyes to the world.

Umarım iyisinizdir ve keyfiniz yerindedir. Bugün memleketime kar yağdı. O güneşli, güzel günlerden eser kalmadı. Her yer beyaz renge büründü. İstanbul'da iken hiç kar yağmamıştı. Bu yüzden bu yıl kar göremiceğim diye üzülüyordum. Sabah kalktığımda kar görünce çok mutlu oldum. Bu kar sevinciyle birlikte bir güzel şey daha oldu. Bugün o mutlu haberi yaşatan, dünyaya gözlerini açan miniği anlatacağım.
My mother and father are livestock farmers. He has 10 cows. 4 of the cows were pregnant and waiting for them to give birth. Today, one of those cows, the cow named 'Bayram', gave birth. My mother gave this name to the cow because it was born on a holiday. It is normally difficult for cows to give birth. My mother and father were constantly checking on me. But the cow gave birth on her own, at a time when they did not control it. I hope she didn't have a difficult birth.
Annem ve babam hayvancılık yapıyor. 10 ineği bulunuyor. İneklerden 4 tanesi hamile ve doğum yapmasını bekliyorlarmış. Bugün o ineklerden bir tanesi olan 'Bayram' adındaki inek doğum yaptı. Bayramda doğduğu için annem ineğe bu ismi vermişti.🙂 İneklerin doğum yapması normalde zordur. Annemle babamda sürekli kontrol ediyorlardı. Ama onların kontrol etmediği bir vakitte inek kendi başına doğurmuş. Umarım zor bir doğum geçirmemiştir.

They lit a fire outside. They put it in a tin and kept the barn warm. Cows become very aggressive in the barn. I couldn't go in because I was afraid of them. Annem tekrar kontrol etmeye gittiğinde ineğin doğum yaptığını görmüş. Kış ayı olduğu için ahır yeni buzağıya göre soğuk kalacaktı. Babamla birlikte annem buzağıyı ısıtmak için gittiler. Dışarıda ateş yaktılar. Bir tenekeye koyup ahırı ısınmasını sağladılar. İnekler ahırda çok agresif oluyor . Bende onlardan korktuğum için içeri giremedim. Ama buzağı uzaktan çok tatlı görünüyordu.

Aradan 4-5 saat geçtikten sonra babamla birlikte bende bakmaya gittim. Artık ayağa kalkmış yürüyordu. Hatta babam ne tarafa giderse buzağı da babamın peşinden gidiyordu. Babam kapıya yaklaştığında nihayet yakından görebildim. Sarı renkli, annesine çok benziyordu. Kafası bembeyaz, bir gözünün çevresi sarı renkle kaplıyken diğer gözünün çevresi bembeyazdı. Gözlerinin çevresinin farklı olması tatlılığına tatlılık katmıştı.

Babam içeri girince buzağı da giriyor, dışarı çıkınca buzağı da kapıya kadar geliyor. Muhtemelen dışarısı yabancı geldi. Bilmediği yere gitmiyordu. Babamın gelmesini bekliyordu. Bende o beklerken hem sevdim hem fotoğrafını çektim. Böyle babamın peşinden gidip gelirken annesini karıştırdı. Diğer inekleri koklamaya başladı. Ama inekler onu kafasıyla uzaklaştırdı. Sonra babam annesini bulmasına yardımcı oldu. İleri geri zıplaya zıplaya koşuşturuyordu. Babam sırtına bir bez sardı üşümesin diye. Ve kapıyı kapattı. Umarım gece üşümez.
