Everyone of us do something for living. If we looks around us than the difference we see is that even everyone is earing still there are some people who has good amount of wealth and some other has a little or or even no wealth. The difference comes for the amount of money they are earning. And it's all depends on the skill a person may have. Us not necessary that a physical hard work make you rich its the mind work which makes some rich. Looks around you a labor person work so hard through out the day and still get a small amount of money but on the other side some people changes lots of money even for one hour of their life and that is because he has good skills which has already in the market and also has demand. In today world all are running behind the money and that is the need of today world. I am not talked about the luxury life but even someone want to live a healthy and peaceful life then he or she needs good amount of money. If we look at the old days and I am talking about the day before the industrialization was the time when the fait currency was not the mode of purchasing and selling the times. Yes I am talking but the barter system.

The money thing comes in picture after the development of the industry and that is also capitalization. It's is normal saying that money earns money and that job the reason rich becomes more rich and poor becomes more poor. So is it OK if we have a world where their will be a cap that decides the upper limit of the wealth any person can have. This may be the step towards the equality in terms of wealth but for sure you have to work to archive that also.
Let's have a look at barter system, this is the system that do not use the money for trading the items. So what was the medium of buying or selling the items?, that is items it self. Lets take an example in which someone has grown some vegetables in his field and someone else grew grain. After the harvest one has excess of grain and other one has the excess the vegetable so in barter system they can exchange the items they harvest with each other. In such system their is a limit up to some time only you can keep such food item for example the grain my be store up to 3 to 4 years and the vegetables may be kept for some days only. So exchange must happened before the good expired. This is healthy system in terms of equality ad everyone has their own items for exchange and those are the daily needed stuff so demand is always exist.

The money system has its own advantage. The technology development we saw now days is because of that only. If no one has the desired of earning more, then no one will put extra efforts and this will ultimately be the reason for stand sill of technology. And why competent persons should get punished on the name of equality. Everyone has the equal chance to proof themselves and earn as per their skill set and capabilities. Putting the restrictions or limits on the wealth will not solve much, providing new opportunities and minimum wage may will be more helpful.
