As you can see, Steem has gone from $0.26 to $0.30 now, a 15% rise (though it did reach $0.33).
Hive was at $0.34 and is $0.32 (a 6% drop).
It's unusual - usually Steem and Hive both pump together, with Hive maintaining a 4 cent premium throughout.
This is the first time since 2021 that they haven't moved in unison. Most of the activity took place on Upbit (a Korean exchange).
It's not clear whether the pump will continue. If you have some Steem, it might be worth placing a series of sell orders in advance, just in case.
