Happy December to everyone!
Earlier last year, we introduced two new contests to the FreeCompliments community! These contests are the Monthly Engagement Contest, to measure who provided the most total engagement to the community (in terms of posts, comments, and threads with the #freecompliments tag), and the Monthly Promotion Contest, to determine who onboarded the most members to the community over the course of the month.
We’ve also added LEO, NEOXAG, and CCD to our rewards!
This month’s contest was delayed due to personal reasons. I’m not going to make any excuses: it’s late. It’s also our last such contest. So, let’s get to our results.
Winner of the Monthly Engagement Contest
We continued to pay attention to the total number variety, and quality of posts, comments, and threads. Engagement within each of those categories did vary, so it was important to consider all factors.

Monthly Promotion Contest
This month, despite 2 reminder posts, nobody told me how many referrals they sent except for our designated Referral Specialist, so he shall win our final referral contest: @crazyphantombr!
