Greetings ASEAN Hivers, this week's challenge is all about food, particularly dishes prepared from things you've grown or anything anywhere cooked where it was grown or raised.

π¨βπ» Week #137 π©βπ»
December 16th β‘οΈ December 23rd, 2024Β Β Β Whether we live in densely populated cities or the remote countryside, many of us in Southeast Asia and Southeast Asians abroad often maintain a small garden, and small-scale farming is also very common in this part of the world. For this challenge I would really love to see where the plants were grown or animals raised, and then see the finished product as a dish, not necessarily a recipe.
Β Β Β Of course recipes are welcome for this challenge, but most importantly I would love to see plants in the ground, eggs in the nest, and they don't need to be your own. Perhaps you even know a farm or restaurant that grows some or all of what they cook and prepare. I look forward to seeing what you ASEAN Hivers will have to share for this challenge, and I apologize for not hosting a challenge last week. I am in the USA visiting family and doing my best to keep recover from jetlag and get ASEAN Hive curation posts back on schedule.
Week #136 ASEAN Hive Challenge Winners

Β Β Β There was only one winner of this challenge, and the announcement is also a bit late, apologies for that. I am the USA visiting family for a short time and will keep doing my best to keep ASEAN Hive moving forward while I'm away, but there were several days of curation posts that I just couldn't fulfill. The winner of this challenge more than earned all three prizes, and I hope now that I'm back online I'll be able to give the challenges a boost and increase participation.

Blessed Sunday @asean.hive family. I know you're all familiar with the place I have, aside from calling it water world I didn't bother to discover the facts around it. It's far different from the place I've grown. But for sir @justinparke community challenge I've made my research about the special stuff in these place. Calumpit was the first town established in the province of Bulacan and the fourth on the island. It was the capital of Bulacan during the Spanish colonial period.
π₯ 2nd Prize & π₯ 3rd Prize 10% Beneficiary & 175 Ecency Points
As mentioned above, I am glad to award all prizes to @usagigallardo015.
