Hello Spinvest Comunity,

Welcome to this week’s BTC guessing game! The past seven days have been a turbulent period for Bitcoin, marked by a noticeable downtrend. Starting around $64K on August 27th, Bitcoin faced significant selling pressure that pushed the price down throughout the week.

By August 28th, BTC experienced a sharp decline, falling below the $61K mark in a matter of hours. Despite a few attempts at recovery, Bitcoin couldn’t regain its earlier levels, with prices oscillating between $58K and $60K for the remainder of the week. The downward trend continued into the first days of September, with Bitcoin dipping just below $58K.

This consistent decline could be attributed to a mix of market uncertainty and potential external factors, such as macroeconomic concerns or regulatory news impacting the broader cryptocurrency market. The selling pressure might also be influenced by large holders or institutional investors adjusting their positions as the month ends.

With Bitcoin now hovering around $57K to $58K, the question for this week is: will Bitcoin find support and bounce back, or is further downside ahead? Review the chart, consider the trends, and share your predictions for where Bitcoin’s price will be next week. Let the guessing begin!

The Rules.

provide your tip of the Bitcoin Price in US$ as a comment until Thursday 0:00 CET
only one tip per account allowed per individual user; multi-account-users shall only comment with one account, multiple comments lead to disqualification
the tip that is closest to the reference price will win the weekly price
if there are two tips equally near to the winning value, the one that is given earlier is the winning one
a tip that is exactly on spot with the full dollar rounded reference price will win the Jackpot
the reference price will be taken from Coingeko; (see the following reference) and rounded to a full dollar number
prices are transferred from the @spi-contests account directly to the winning account on the following weekend
