Umarım iyisinizdir ya da iyi olmaya çalışıyorsunuzdur. Kendimi sürekli yorgun hissetmeye devam etsem de dün ve bugün biraz daha normal hissediyorum. Sanırım günlük 10 saatlik uyku almaya çalışmanın etkileri görünüyor. Hatta bu sabah markette cildimin ne kadar güzel göründüğünü dahi söyleyen oldu.
Bu kadar iyi gitmişken hemen bozmak lazım tabii. Bu yüzden de hemen şekerlere giriştim. Şaka şaka. Yok öyle bir şey ama bir hafta kadar önce teyzem Bakü'den geldi ve gelirken annemin ve benim çay yanında sürekli tükettiğimiz şekerlerden getirmiş.
Bu şekerleri olabildiğince bilinçli bir şekilde tüketmeye çalışıyorum ki bu postta gördüklerinizden başka tüketmedim de. Bunları dahi kesinlikle aynı gün içerisinde tüketmedim. Biraz düşünmekte fayda vardır değil mi?
Şimdi ben asıl özlediklerimi alıp kenara çekildiğimden dolayı annem her şeyi saklamış 😂 Şaşırmamak lazım. Bunları Türkiye'de bulmak zor. Bulduğunuzda da oldukça pahalı ki Bakü de bile çok pahalanmış.
Teyzem her şeyin karışık olduğu yaklaşık 750 gram - 1 kg olan bir poşet getirmiş ama fiyat etiketini yırtmış tabii. Ah ah, ama anlıyorum da. Neyse.
Hadi biraz şekerleme.
İlk gün
Biraz ağır olduğunu düşündüğüm için sadece bir tane aldım.
Şimdi bunu Türkçe bir şekilde ne yazık ki kelimeyi katlederek yazmam gerekiyor. Tam okunuşu Grilyaj. Tabii Rusça bilen arkadaşlar varsa ve doğrusunu biliyorsanız söyleyebilirseniz çok sevinirim.
Грильяж. Kelimenin Rusça yazımı bu şekilde. El yazısını Rusça okumaya çalışmak zor olabiliyor. Hele ki öğrenme sürecinin başlarında.
Bu çikolata kaplı şeker içerisinde sert, karamelimsi şeker ve fıstık var. Yani en azından ben bu pakette fıstık tadı aldım. Eskiden fındık vardı diye hatırlıyorum. Çok fazla şeyi değiştirmişler. Özellikle de biraz sonra bahsedeceğim birkaç şekerde.
Tadı fena değildi ama eski versiyonu tabii ki de daha güzeldi. Çayla birlikte harika gidiyor. Sert karamelimsi şekeri ısırmak zorunda kalmadan çay eritiyor hâliyle.
İki Gün Sonra
Şimdi biraz sağlık dedim ama o gün babamla, baba kız elimde kalan son Süryani Şarabı'nı içtik. Normalde daha tatlı şarapları sevdiğim için zeytin yerine bu şekerlerden yemek istedim. Zaten aynılarını da kapak fotoğrafında görebilirsiniz.
Solda gördüğünüz şey aslında tam bir çikolata ya da şeker değil. Hatta resmi sitesinde tam olarak "Krema dolgulu pirinç patlaklı kokolin" yazıyor. Bayağı da sert bir şey ama lezzetli. Severek yedim bu zamana kadar ve sanırım tadının en az değiştiği şeker de buydu.
Ortadakini kesinlikle beğenmedim. Eskiden elma marmelatı daha belirginken şimdiki denediğimde daha çok benzin tadına benzeyen bir tat aldım. Ah ah, nerede o eski güzel zamanlar.
Tadı o güzel anılarımı neredeyse mahvediyordu. Tabii şarabı da. Son anda ısırdığımı bitirip ikincisini babama vererek kurtadım 😂 Bir paketten iki yarım parça çıkıyor. Tek bir parçanın o kadar büyük olmaması gerçekten de iyi.
Ve aynı gün yediğim son şekerleme. Çok seviyorum kahve aromalıları ki bu da cappuccino aromalı, favorim.
Aslında kahve aromasını yuttuktan sonra alıyorsunuz. "After taste" genelde güzel oluyor. Özellikle de kahve aşığıysanız. Hatta kalan parçasını özellikle sona bıraktım ki şaraptan sonra ikisinin de tadı ağzımda kalabilsin. Harika bir karar vermişim.
İki Gün Daha
Aslında bunun ne olduğunu unutup da açtım paketini. Açtıktan sonra da çok da umrumda olmadı ama ben karamel sevmem. Hiç hoşuma gitmez.
Latin alfabesi, yani Türkçe ile yazımı "iris kis - kis" Bunun açıkçası şakası ya da hikâyesi tam olarak ne bilmiyorum ama Rusça'da bu şekilde kedi çağırılıyor. Ayrıca İris ve kis kelimeleri de oldukça kafiyeli. Büyük ihtimalle de tek esprisi bu.
Bu karamelde ambalaj kağıdığının olmaması imkânsız. Mutlaka o kağıdın bir parçasını yemek zorundasınız. Sırf "güzel" açılsın diye cımbızla tutup çektim ama yine de kağıt kaldı...
Klasik karamel. Tuzlu değil, aşırı tatlı, dişe yapışan, gereksiz aromalı bir şey işte... 😂
Aslında daha çok fazla çeşit var fakat şeker seviyemle daha fazla oynamak istemiyorum. Kortisol sorunum varmış... Neyse. Biraz dikkat gerekiyor işte.

I hope you are well or are trying to be well. I feel a bit more normal yesterday and today, although I continue to feel tired all the time. I think the effects of trying to get 10 hours of sleep a day are showing. Someone even told me how beautiful my skin looked this morning at the supermarket.
It's good enough to spoil it right away. That's why I immediately went for sweets. Just kidding. Nothing like that, but my aunt came from Baku about a week ago and brought some candies that my mum and I always enjoy with tea.
I try to enjoy these candies as responsibly as possible, and I have not eaten any other candies other than the ones you see in this post. Even these, I definitely did not eat them on the same day. It is helpful to think a little, isn't it?
Now that I've got what I really miss and stepped aside, my mum has kept everything 😂 I shouldn't be surprised. It's hard to find these in Turkiye. And when you find it, it is quite expensive, even in Baku it has become very expensive.
My aunt brought a bag of about 750 grams - 1 kg in which everything was mixed, but of course she tore the price tag. Oh, but I understand. Anyway.

First Day
I only got one because I thought it was a bit top-heavy.
Now I have to write it in English, unfortunately butchering the word. The full pronunciation is Grilyazh. Of course, if there are friends who know Russian and if you know the right one, I would be very grateful if you can tell me.
Грильяж. This is the Russian spelling of the word. Trying to read handwriting in Russian can be difficult. Especially at the beginning of the learning process.
This chocolate covered candy contains hard, caramelised sugar and peanuts. Well, at least I tasted peanuts in this packet. I remember there used to be hazelnuts. They changed a lot of things. Especially in a few candies that I will talk about a little later.
The flavour was not bad, but the old version was of course better. It goes great with tea. The tea dissolves the hard caramelly sugar without having to bite it.
Two Days Later
Now I said a little bit of health, but that day, my father and I drank the last Syriac wine I had. Since I normally like sweeter wines, I wanted to eat these candies instead of olives. You can see the same ones in the cover photo.
What you see on the left is actually not a chocolate or candy. In fact, on the official website, it says exactly "Cream-filled rice poppy cocoline". It is quite hard but delicious. I loved it so far and I think this was the candy with the least change in taste.
I definitely didn't like the one in the middle. In the past, the apple marmalade was more pronounced, but now when I tried it, I tasted more like gasoline. Ouch, where are the good old times.
The flavour almost ruined all my good memories. And the wine too. At the last moment, I finished the one I bit and saved the second one by giving it to my father 😂 Two half pieces come out of one pack. It is really good that a single piece is not that big.
And the last candy I ate on the same day. I love coffee flavoured ones, and this cappuccino flavoured one is my favourite.
Actually, you get the coffee flavour after you swallow it. "After taste" is usually good. Especially if you're a coffee lover. In fact, I left the rest of it for the end so that I could taste both flavours after the wine. I made a great decision.
Two More Days
I actually forgot what this was and opened the packet. I didn't care much after I opened it, but I don't like caramel. I don't like it at all.
The Latin alphabet, that is, the spelling in English is "iris kis - kis" I don't know exactly what the joke or the story is, but this is how cats are called in Russian. Also, the words iris and kis rhyme quite well. That's probably the only joke.
It's impossible not to have wrapping paper in this caramel. You have to eat a piece of that paper. I pulled it out with tweezers just to open it "nicely", but there was still paper left...
Classic caramel. Not salty, overly sweet, sticking to the teeth, unnecessary flavour... 😂
Actually, there are many more varieties, but I don't want to play with my sugar levels any more. I have a cortisol problem... Oh, well. Just needs a little attention.
