I'm fine, and again, I'm chasing things that are good for me. One of those things that makes me feel happier is going to shops.
Eminönü is an ideal place for such trips. It is both colourful and multifunctional. The beach, the sea, shops, peddlers, restaurants, cafes, historical places are all together. You can take a breath of sea air and have a bite to eat along the shore. After visiting the shops, it is possible to take a break from tiredness and relax with tea or coffee in the cafe. Historical buildings are very close to each other. In short, the possibilities are at the highest level. This makes itself attractive.

We started to visit Eminönünde with my husband from the street where the corn bazaar was. There was a huge density. Since most of the shops were wholesale sellers, it was always crowded like this. A shopkeeper told me that these streets were never quiet because there was a lot of demand from both inside and outside the city and most of the traders supplied their products from the wholesalers here. As I was walking around, I realised that the products were offered for sale in the store, but when we bought wholesale, it was affordable, but if we wanted to buy a single product, it was expensive. I had heard that Eminönü's prices were favourable, but it didn't seem very suitable to me.
Eminönünde eşimle birlikte gezmeye mısır çarşının olduğu caddeden başladık. Devasa bir yoğunluk vardı. Mağazaların geneli toptan satan satıcılar olduğu için böyle hep kalabalık oluyormuş. Bir dükkan sahibi bu sokakların hiç sakin olduğunu görmedim. Çünkü şehir içi ve şehir dışından çok talep olduğunu ve ticaret yapanların çoğu buradaki toptancılardan ürünlerini tedarik ettiğini söyledi. Gezerken şunu farkettim ki ürünler mağazada satışa sunuluyor ancak toptan aldığımızda uygun ama bir üründen tek bir tane almak istersek pahalıya denk geliyordu. Eminönü'nün fiyatlarının uygun olduğunu duymuştum ama bana çok uygun gelmedi.
We were wandering through the crowded streets when we came across an inn. I don't remember its name now. I thought it was a shopping mall from the outside, but the only thing that resembled a mall was that it had many floors. There were various kinds of shops on each floor. There is no cafe or restaurant. Some places were selling wholesale and some were selling individual products.
Kalabalık caddelerde dolanırken karşımıza bir han çıktı. Adını şuan hatırlamıyorum . Dışarıdan AVM zannettim ama avm'ye benzeyen tek tarafı çok katlı olmasıydı. Her katta çeşit çeşit mağaza vardı. Kafe veya restorant bulunmuyor. Bazı yerler toptan satış yapıyor bazıları tek tek ürün satışı yapıyordu.
Inside was as colourful as the streets. There was a lamp shop at the first entrance. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by lamps in a riot of colours. There were also souvenirs, door and cupboard decorations in this shop. They also managed to attract attention with their colours. There were souvenirs given as souvenirs on special occasions such as engagements, promises and weddings. Most of the shops sold these products. It was very rare to sell different kinds of products.

Ayrıca bu dükkanın içinde hediyelik eşyalar, kapı ve dolap süsleri de bulunuyordu. Onlarda renkleriyle dikkatleri çekmeyi başarıyordu. Nişan, söz ve düğünler gibi özel günlerde hatıra olarak verilen hediyelikler vardı. Mağazaların çoğu bu ürünlerden satıyordu. Farklı çeşit ürünler satan çok nadirdi.
There were floors going down from the ground floor to the lower floor. They could go up and down the stairs. Since there was no lift, people were climbing the stairs tired and out of breath. The first floor we came across was more colourful than the upper floor. There were shops selling party supplies, bijouterie, souvenirs, kitchen utensils, henna supplies. The shops had opened exhibitions of the materials they sold not only inside but also in the corridor. It was complicated and people had difficulty passing side by side.
Mağazaya giriş katından daha alt kata inen katlar vardı. Merdivenle inip çıkarabiliyordu. Asansör olmadığı için insanlar merdivenleri nefessiz kalmış bir şekilde yorgun yorgun çıkıyordu. Karşımıza çıkan ilk kat üst kata göre daha renkliydi. Parti malzemeleri satanlar, bijuteri, hediyelikler, mutfak eşyaları satanlar, kına malzemeleri satan dükkanlar yer alıyordu. Dükkanlar sadece içeride değil koridora da sattıkları malzemelerden sergi açmıştı. Karmaşık ve insanlar yan yana geçerken zorluk çekiyordu.
In one of the shops selling souvenirs in the corridor, the pomegranate was embodied in different souvenirs. Magnet, key ring, candle holder, note holder. All of them had a very polite and pleasant appearance. We had a colourful time here. After leaving this inn we were tired and hungry. We went to the cafe for a snack. We both ate and rested. Our day was colourful and enjoyable.

*Koridorda hediyelik eşya satan dükkanların birinde nar farklı farklı hediyeliklerde vücud bulmuştu. Magnet, anahtarlık, mumluk, not tutucu.Hepsinin çok kibar ve hoş bir görüntüsü vardı. Burada renkli bir vakit geçirdik. Bu handan çıktıktan sonra yorulmuş ve açıkmıştık. Birşeyler atıştırmak için kafeye gittik. Hem yemek yedik hem dinlenmiş olduk. Günümüz renkli ve keyifli geçti.
