Greetings Dear Readers,
.
Hope you are well.
This principle is attributed to Seneca...a famous Stoic Philosopher...'Difficulties strengthen the mind as labour does the body.'
Because we all go through difficult times...some have more than others, some experience worse than others, it is perhaps at the very least enlightening to know there is the side benefit of 'strengthening the mind'. And who could not use of bit of strength when it comes to enduring adversity with a strong presence of mind rather than succumbing to adversity.
An illustration of the best sort... @arcange 's speech at Hivefest ...which was highlighted by Bradley of BBH here...

...such an amazing behind-the-scenes story of 'difficulty' which surely the great philosopher Seneca would most certainly agree was a difficulty indeed. Bravo!
A principle worthy of our attention.
Thank you for dropping by. ^__^

Kind Regards,
