Some Italian Beer
Guinness would be my staple when it comes to pints. It's not always great though depending on where you are. Outside Ireland your chances of a good pint are a lot lower for instance. Then even in Ireland, certain hotels and flash bars don't have a great pint. The auld man pubs as we call them are where you'll get a solid creamy tasty pint.
IPAs are another favourite. The fondness for Guinness IPAs should not come as a surprise though, as 95% of my posts for Beer Saturday are for one or the other.
On the seldom occasion, when I go for something else Peroni and Moretti are pretty high on the list.
This week it was Moretti on the menu and fair few were had.
When a fair few are had, the next day's breakfast is key, and it was a beaut, albeit I forgot to take a photo, so here is a photo of another good breakfast that I had recently at a really nice hotel in Dublin.
That will give you an idea of how nice the breakfast was.
And while we're on the subject of alcohol and given the festive season and all of that, here are a few funny ones I've been sent this festive season.
Until next time Beer Saturdayorians...
Oh by the way...
How was your Beer Saturday?
Where were you?
What was the drink of choice?
Who was with you?
Are those your feet?
How's your auld one?
Any other craic?
