Hi everyone, wherever you are, this Friday I want to display a photo of a straw mushroom growing on dry and slightly damp rice straw.
These mushrooms are usually harvested in the afternoon. when in the morning this mushroom will rise to the top and the umbrella will also expand. This mushroom also has a soft texture so it is easy to cook and also has a very distinctive taste and aroma.
I also want to show a mushroom that rises upwards and expands in the morning brown. This is a glutinous rice straw mushroom.
I also want to share a very delicious and delicious mushroom recipe that is very simple.
Materials:
300 grams of mushroom
3 red chilies.
2 grains of garlic.
5 Cayenne pepper
3 red onions.
1 cm ginger.
1 tomato.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Enough water.
How to cook:
Clean the mushroom.
Chop all ingredients such as garlic, shallots, ginger and tomatoes.
Heat the oil, add the shallots, garlic and ginger, mix well.
Enter the red chili.
Add tomatoes, mix well.
Enter the mushroom that has been cleaned.
Add salt, mix well.
Add water according to the taste of the sauce, stir well and also taste test according to taste.
Turn off the stove, ready to serve.
