There are various ways for people to enjoy life and be grateful for life. Some take a walk somewhere, some paint in a quiet place, and some cook and look for their favorite food.
When I'm tired of working, or I'm celebrating a moment with my husband, we will go exploring new places to taste new foods or our favorite foods.
This time I stopped at a favorite cafe that we have visited several times, but we haven't visited in the last few months. In fact, my husband and I went to this place to celebrate and be grateful for my husband's achievements at work.
My husband always says that besides making others happy and sharing with us, we should also make ourselves and those closest to us happy and share with them. That's why my husband likes to take me to cafes.
He also said that I have many new taste references and I can cook a varied menu for him. :)
This time, the universe is supporting. Looking for a cool place. Luckily, my husband knows where my favorite place is.
We sat in the outdoor space. Like a homey backyard. Even though it's outdoor, they have a way to make this cafe feel cool.
In the outdoor area, there are many large trees that almost cover the top of the outdoor space. It feels like sitting on the edge of a cool park.
In addition to utilizing the existence of trees, this cafe also adds additional air conditioning. It adds a wind effect around this outdoor area so that visitors will not be disturbed by the hot air during the day.
My Favorite Food
To be honest, my food at this place is quite pricey. Because this is a special menu. If it wasn't special, then I wouldn't want to eat out. If it was just a general menu, I could cook at home. :)
My favorite menu at this cafe is Salmon Steak. I always order this main course menu when I visit this place.
Unfortunately, there was a difference that I felt from the last time I ate the same menu at this place. The size of the salmon seemed smaller, or the way they cooked it was wrong so that the salmon looked dry and smaller than usual.
Fortunately, the taste of this dish did not change. Their sauce was still delicious and that covered my disappointment.
In addition, the taste of their French fries has improved this time. With a more savory texture and a crispier taste.
So, I was happy and forgot the disappointing side of the salmon size. Because overall the presentation of this menu still made my tongue fall in love and happy. :)
Say Yes To A Dessert
After enjoying the main course, there was still room in my stomach. So, I didn't mind enjoying a dessert.
I ordered a shaved ice menu served with various fruits, young coconut, and avocado filling, and also poured with coconut milk. A sweet dish that closed our lunch to create a beautiful moment. Worth enjoying and being grateful for.
My husband always made me remember that we have to take a moment to look back and be grateful that we have made it this far. I just want to keep moving, and don't forget to stop by to enjoy something you want to enjoy even if it's just a cup of ice cream. :)
