December 30th ā”ļø December 7th, 2024Ā Ā Ā This week's challenge is an opportunity to share some tasty treats, particularly your favorites. Share a favorite meal, food, snack, fruit, vegetable, and/or all of the above. Make it yourself or buy it on the streets, the choice is entirely yours. Additional information like where you purchase your favorite foods, the ingredients, where you buy them, costs, etc., are all relevant things to include in your post.
Ā Ā Ā Whether you're living in Southeast Asia or nor not, this challenge is open to you. If you happen to be in Southeast Asia, your favorite foods don't have to be Southeast Asian, as we all know food knows no borders. Pizza is one of the trendiest foods in Cambodia despite its Italian origins. This challenge should be a good opportunity for us all to learn a little more about each and our countries, cultures, religions, and of course, foods.....

Even though he didn't share his post link, I still found his fitness routine post. Day 365/365 sir @justinparke final community challenge for this year is a real challenge for a delicious eater like me. Christmas holidays is time were feast is full on our tables. Special recipes will sure came out from the locked diaries. I need to impress my mother-in-law with that. But after consuming a lot of treats I will surely need a lot of dissolving exercise.

My Fitness Routine is not anywhere near to a weekly challenge. This was actually a long time routine i have developed in 2024 when i decided making a year long target is way above my league. I have developed a new routine of making sure i will go to the park and do my walking for at least an hour as and when i have a day off(unless weather not permitted). With that goal in mind, i will have 52 weekends to work with, rather than promising myself a harsh: "I am going to lose 50 pounds this year by walking my ass off"
