How boring it is to live every day, repeatedly doing the same activities, meeting the same people, and doing activities in the same place. For me, this makes me bored, I need to take a vacation every now and then even though it will cost a little money, but taking a vacation is one of the activities that I think should be done at least once a year.
Vacation can make your wallet thin if you don't plan it carefully. Don't make a vacation to make your mind calm, it will make you dizzy because you add installments. Remember! Take vacations with the money you definitely have without borrowing, and save well especially for vacations. If not, then your mind will get worse!
By the way about vacation, my family and I did a simple vacation in a remote village and was near a mountain nature reserve in the village of Sibio-bio. This is the first experience for our family to vacation in an open space for semi-camping. We chose Syakiraa Resort because it belonged to a friend of my father-in-law, the main reason being that we were going to get a big discount!
Syakiraa Resort has many choices of rooms, even this resort has a special tent for camping while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. We chose the two remaining rooms because all the rooms had been booked by other visitors. Besides that, we also ordered 3 tents which were big enough for several other families. Just imagine, we camped for 32 people.
I slept in a room with a capacity of 4 people, but we made this room cramped because we insisted that this room be enough for 8 people. Luckily the resort allowed us to do that, and we also added 2 beds so we could sleep comfortably. In this room, the facilities are very good, because even though this resort is far from residential areas, the facilities are no less good than a 4-star hotel.
Facilities
This room provides 4 cups of tea, bottled drinks, tea and sugar. There are tons of cupboards to store things in, and it also has a pantry without a stove. Beside the mini pantry, there is a bathroom which made me shocked. The bathroom is facilitated with 1 bath with hot and cold water. It is clear that this room has just been built, because the bathtub is still very good without scratches. The closet also looks very good, it looks like this closet is expensive because it is almost the same as the closet at the JW Marriot Hotel which is a 5 star hotel in my city.
Besides the comfortable room, I was very interested in the view I got in the morning. I can clearly see the mountain scenery in front of my eyes, with very clear and cold air. I also took the time to walk around this resort in the morning while breathing the air that I can't get in the city. There are some photos that I got as a mement that I had stayed here.
Syakiraa Lake
While relaxing, I also fed the fish kept by the resort, I saw a lot of very large fish. It seems that the fish here weigh more than 5 kg. According to the resort, there are only a few types of fish here, namely Tilapia, Jurung, Goldfish and Gurame. Btw, I bought fish food here too at a price of 5000 idr / pack.
The artificial lake made by the resort is also equipped with playing facilities. There are boats and 'ducks' that can be paddled and we will enjoy the pleasure of relaxing in the middle of a large artificial lake. But I skipped because I was afraid of falling and drowning because I couldn't swim. In addition, there is also a flying fox and several yards that are used as mini farms for rabbits and other livestock.
Price
For the price of one room that we ordered, the price was 1,100,000 IDR per night. Likewise with small tents ranging from 300,000 idr and large tents of 600,000 idr.
Everything is included with breakfast and other facilities except the price for enjoying the playground. I think it's really worth seeing the good facilities and the friendly staff of this resort. If you go to Syakiraa Resort, don't forget to buy a cup of coffee at the cafe located next to the reception. The coffee served is very delicious because it uses real beans from the Sibio-bio sub-district which is right behind the resort!
