Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community SWC, en esta ocasión les presento mi experiencia en la Exhibición de Street Workout situada en el Centro Comercial Comercial Sambil Valencia Estado Carabobo. Les mostraré en que orden cronológico y en que orden estructurado fue realizada está demostración de Street Workout y mi criterio en base a mi experiencia..
Hello friends of Street Workout Community SWC, this time I present my experience in the Street Workout Exhibition located in the Sambil Valencia Shopping Mall in the State of Carabobo. I will show you in what chronological order and in what structured order this Street Workout demonstration was performed and my criteria based on my experience.

Street Workout Demonstration
La hora de llegada al C.C Sambil Valencia fue a las 2 p.m, nos reunimos todos y ordenadamente ingresamos al lugar en donde se realizó la exhibición. Inició el evento con Palabras de Manuel Ramos a manos del animador Raúl Mijares, hablando sobre nuestra comunidad, explicando qué plataforma es Hive y presentando a hivers de distintas comunidades.
The arrival time at the C.C Sambil Valencia was at 2 p.m., we all gathered and orderly entered the place where the exhibition was held. The event started with a speech by Manuel Ramos and Raul Mijares, talking about our community, explaining what Hive platform is and introducing hivers from different communities.

El comienzo de la exhibiciones fue con la demostración de la Calistenia. Que es un método de entrenamiento con tu peso corporal y base del Street Workout para comenzar a entrenar este deporte y evolucionando a ejercicios basicos avanzados dependiendo de que movimiento se quiera alcanzar. Dentro de la Calistenia y en su disciplina se maneja Set de Entrenamientos que fue demostrado un ejemplo de cómo se realiza.
The beginning of the exhibitions was with the demonstration of Calisthenics. Which is a method of training with your body weight and the basis of Street Workout to start training this sport and evolving to advanced basic exercises depending on what movement you want to achieve. Within the Calisthenics and its discipline, there is a training set that was demonstrated as an example of how it is done.

Después de esto era hora de exhibir el Street Workout por categoría, Amateur, Semipro y profesional: Comenzó la categoría Amateur, donde participó atletas como Milagros de la Rosa, Nestor Rodríguez. Es la categoría principal con trucos de principiantes.
After this it was time to exhibit the Street Workout by category, Amateur, Semipro and professional: The Amateur category began, where athletes such as Milagros de la Rosa, Nestor Rodriguez participated. This is the main category with beginner tricks.

La siguiente categoría, Semiprofesional que es de nivel avanzado, a antesala a la de rango pro, la mayoría de los atletas son de esta categoría, participaron atletas como Wil Leandro, Luis Romero, Leandro Rodríguez, mi persona, etc. La última categoría profesional son atletas de rango élite y de alta competencia donde atletas como, Alvis Orozco, Jonás Gonzales, Alexander Oliveros.
The next category, Semiprofessional which is advanced level, a prelude to the pro rank, most of the athletes are in this category, athletes such as Wil Leandro, Luis Romero, Leandro Rodriguez, my person, etc. participated. The last professional category are athletes of elite rank and high competition where athletes such as Alvis Orozco, Jonas Gonzales, Alexander Oliveros.

También contamos con la colaboración de Atletas Invitados del estado Miranda y Carabobo que demostraron su talento y destreza, como Yonda, Adrián Mendoza, Samuel Pereira entre otros. Algunos de categoría semipro y otros de rango profesional. Se hizo una exhibición de lo que es un VS entre dos atletas, donde se eligieron a Adrián Mendoza de los Teques contra Alvis Orozco de Apure, donde la victoria se la llegó a Adrián.
We also had the collaboration of guest athletes from the state of Miranda and Carabobo who demonstrated their talent and skill, such as Yonda, Adrian Mendoza, Samuel Pereira among others. Some of them of semi-pro category and others of professional rank. There was an exhibition of what is a VS between two athletes, where Adrian Mendoza from Los Teques was chosen against Alvis Orozco from Apure, where the victory went to Adrian.

Llevado a cabo todo esto, prosiguieron a entregar los certificados a todos los atletas que participaron.
After all this was done, they went on to hand out certificates to all the athletes who participated.

Experience
Fue una experiencia muy agradable, conocer a muchos atletas de otros estados, muy organizado, con nerviosismo y suspenso, la exhibición muy dinámica, atenta y divertida. Fue una complacencia recibir la atención de los Fisioterapeutas del programa de la Doc. Marlenys Suárez llamado "Atención al Atleta" para mantenernos sanos, aliviar dolores y no tener lesiones a la hora de realizar nuestras actividades.
It was a very pleasant experience, meeting many athletes from other states, very organized, with nervousness and suspense, the exhibition was very dynamic, attentive and fun. It was a pleasure to receive the attention of the physiotherapists of the program of Dra. Marlenys Suarez called "Attention to the Athlete" to keep us healthy, relieve pain and not have injuries when performing our activities.
