Monday was a good day and start of the month as I managed to join a morning hot yoga class and I did keep my eating healthy with a smoothie in the afternoon while also spensing some time in the kitchen making Lentil Tofu before watching the football matches in the evening. I can't say I'm fully in the flow and motivated yet but I hope that some initial discipline will get me there. I also started doing some reps and aim to continue doing these the entire month. I also went to bed in time and had an excellent nigh sleep.

I will be doing extra exercises having set total goals on the month. They are press (bench press/ push up), Plank (Regular & side)|Squats|Pulls (Pull-ups or chin ups)|Crunch (knee-ups or sit-ups).
