Day 2340 | Getting in Calorie Deficit Mode


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


For quite some time now, I have been trying to lose some weight but I keep getting stuck around the 73kg range while 70kg for me is the absolute maximum that I should weigh and the point to cut back. The main problem has been my food intake which I just see to have no control over whatsoever and each week I tell myself that I'm going to make a change. I will keep going with these intentions until the point where I actually manage to do it.

The plan this week is to get in a calorie deficit mode mainly by going on walks again. I have set a goal of doing 100k steps over the course of the week now. I also aim to continue doing daily push ups, start another yoga year with the aim to join 3 classes weekly and also go play tennis on Wednesday.

I stayed up very late yesterday first watching some tv and afterward cleaning my appartment doing the dishes and ordering my loundry. The aim is to get a normal sleeping time again which should be possible rather quickly and also start adding afternoon naps in my routine again.

New Day Goals: I won't yet start a new hot yoga year on Monday but instead start that wednesday. The aim for monday is to do my regular productivity, go for a walk, limit my eating and drink plenty of water while taking my supplement.
