Right now I pretty much feel like I have zero discipline during the crypto bull market as everything goes up so easily which makes effort rather meaningless since I'm more into a long-term mindset instead of daytrading. One of my problems every winter is that I tend to stay in bed too long as it's colder and so cosy in bed while I can make the choice to sleep as long as I want and I clearly can't handle that. Not even to talk about making proper food choices. So now it's 12:51 and I'm still in bed while it wasn't that extremely late when I got in tonight. It's also the end of the year with some dinner parties coming up so very easy to push back health goals all while I get a tiny bit more miserable each day.
I had the option to start a hot yoga class today joining the 12:15 60-Minute session but I guess it's now pushed back again to monday even though I could do the 19:00 evening session tonight. I still have quite a lot of things I want to get done so the main goal on Friday will be to limit the damage again and try to get to bed a bit earlier while getting out sooner on Saturday.
