Networking has formed a very important building factor in Hive, and it would continue doing more when more effort is channeled to that aspect. There are many innovative projects; what remains is an effort to expose them to a bigger audience. The TechEx conference in London last year gave me a great opportunity to ignite my adventure with Hive. The conference gave me the chance to meet new people and discuss the Hive blockchain technology.
Indeed, it was during such interactions that several meetings were set up which gave us the chacne to promot Hive, opening the doors for a more extensive exposure. One was the networking with Coinstore, which proved to be one of those influences that catalyzed some very successful action for Hive's ecosystem. And it did feel great to know that at least these meetups, conferences, and casual networking and marketing was made possible bringing awareness of Hive to new people.
Following the conference, I found out how much more Hive could benefit from regular networking. Industry events, meeting potential investors, and partnerships I believe would greatly help in increasing Hive's visibility and selling its value proposition. Being a decentralized platform means the core of it all is in collaboration(people working together to make it better), and that makes bringing it to the frontline of blockcain SPEEH a vital step in its growth.
Unfortunately @mcsamm and I could not attend another edition of TechEx as previously scheduled due to some circumstances beyong our control but was glad other great personalities were able to represent Hive. Tech conference are essential as they fundamentally provide a platform for building proper connections, more so with investors and users that can take Hive to the next level.
When it comes to marketing Hive, it's not about selling just its features, rather selling its value proposition in the right forums or platforms. Any opportunity available to us, whether this be in physical conferences or virtual forums must be judiciously used to our advantage. Hive already has what can really sell, connecting and networking with the masses effectively is what I think is left.
I was really happy when i watched one of such moments for Hive during these networking efforts when @blind-spot gave a powerful presentation on Digital transformation of Hive. We had a true story of major digital transformation using the Hive boreholes as a selling points. It was a touching moment when the real-world impact of Hive were shared with the audience from different places. You can watch the presentation HERE.
Thanks to all the team that were to able to attend and market Hive at the conference. Promoting Hive is so very necessary but ensuring that the right message is passed on to the proper audience is very crucial. In the end, these networking efforts have been so very vital to Hive's growth. The more we do in order to connect with the proper individuals, the more certain we will be that Hive's ecosystem will continue to thrive and grow.
