Greetings @hiveopenmic and all fellow musicians, singers, and instrumentalists out there!
This is @danaidhbee singing to you from Scotland with a “Buddhist Compassion Mantra” I learned during my years of practicing and studying Buddhism, Meditation, and Yoga. It stays with me wherever I go now but maintains such a practice takes a lot of dedication and efficiency, so I hope that this mantra will show you the patience, compassion and dedication it takes to be a practicing Buddhist anywhere in the world.
OM MANI PADME HUM 🙏
The card you see standing next to the Buddhas on the keyboard is a Buddha called “Padmasambhava” which means born from a lotus. Also know as Guru Rinpoche (precious guru) taught Buddhism in circa 8th-9th centuries.
This card was given to me by a Tibetan practiced monk after meditation one day.
I have just recorded this mantra tonight to help you ease your stress, calm your nerves, and send you into relaxation wherever you are 🙏
This Mantra kindly allows you to relax without knowing you are relaxing and releases any tension in your spine and chest. Feel your colour, and sing a “mental” ‘OM’, (in your head) a “physical” ‘OM’ is singing ‘OM’ aloud.
Remember to breathe 🧘♂️
Here is “OM MANI PADME HUM”
