Finally, the long month of August has come to an end, and another month has arrived, which means another power-up day and month. I'm really looking forward to attending the event for the second time. Despite the fact that my first experience was a success, I did not pursue the PUM. This time, however, things will be different. I'll make certain that I complete the PUM successfully. Fortunately, the HivePH discord server set up an event to remind all members to attend so that no one missed out.
The start of PUD
August is a fantastic month for me. My account has grown significantly, and I've met many wonderful people. I currently have 472 HP staked, and my goal from last month was to reach 500 HP. But that's okay because I'm almost there. I still have 172 HIVEs that I can use for PUD.
When you get to your account, click the down arrow next to your hive. Then options will appear similar to this. Since we're going to power up, click the power up button to proceed to the next step.
Because there is still a power-up month, I will not use all of the Hive in my wallet. This time, I'm going to power up a hundred hives. I can't believe I'm going to power up such a large hive when I'm still a newbie.
After that, I successfully powered up 100 hives, increasing my current HP to 572. As you can see, I still have 72 hives. It is valid for the entire month of September. I hope I don't forget to turn on the laptop every day. Gosh! I love seeing my account finally reach 500 HP. Happiness overload.
This is the history of my most recent power-up transaction. I'm just grateful that I was able to grow my account with the assistance of my guide. As a result, I am looking forward to another month and hoping to power up larger than 100 hives. I believe it is attainable if I work hard for it.
After I power up
As expected, the HiveBuzz will notify me that I have received a badge for my most recent blog post. I can't help but be excited about getting a new personal badge because it represents an accomplishment in the blockchain. In my journey, I value small things over large ones.
So I returned to the HiveBuzz site to see if I still had a large box, and it was there. As you can see, I received the smallest Power-Bee badge last month. But I know it will be bigger this time. Gosh! I'm excited to see it there. I enjoy opening boxes. Who wouldn't, after all?
My progress
I wasn't expecting the overall performance of my account last month, so I went back today to see what had changed. I was able to write and publish 19 blogs last month, the same number as in June. Surprisingly, I have posted 641 comments this month, with an average of 222 upvotes per post. Finally, I noticed two curation rewards. Thus, before I posted it, I received another notification that I leveled up, and now a Minnow!
My goals for this month
So, for this month, I want a goal that is attainable because I anticipate and weigh all of the variables involved in achieving it. I want to reach at least 800 HP, which is a 300 increase since I have 500+ HP in my account. Let's see what happens this month, and before I closed down my blog. I'd like to invite my friends to participate in a power-up as well.
