There has been so much activity in the community this week! A huge thank you goes to @missdeli for all her help in getting posts nominated for curation when I'm struggling to get on. Thank you also to @romeskie who occasionally checks in and nominates as well. It's not much, but I want to acknowledge their contributions by adding them as beneficiaries this week.
First our usual thank you everyone who makes this community what it is. This week 5% beneficiaries for interaction and contribution to the HomeEdders community go to:
• @leomarylm
• @jenthoughts
• @missdeli
• @romeskie
I love puzzles for learning and this week we've had a few contributions with ideas in this area. From @belkyscabrera comes something for older children which will get them using maths and literary to solve a code.
For younger children you might like this cute flower activity from @emmaris. It looks simple, but engaging and should be easy to customise.
@missdeli brings us some more activities for younger learners with some gorgeous Autumn/Fall activities. Her activities are always so colourful and autumn brings us the warm colours.
Moving back to older children, @ryivhnn's homeschool updates are always a good read to see how homeschooling can evolve as your children get older. Her children are all teenagers now and we can see how they're moving towards independence in their different ways.
I'll wrap up with a contribution from @sovebrito which details the creation and use of a simple maths tool for addition and subtraction. I think this is a good tool for visual learners where they can see the physical results of a maths problem.
Thank you for joining us. This curation was brought to you by @minismallholding and this week I have added @canadian-coconut as 10% beneficiary for the ongoing delegation support. Thank you!
