Hello everyone !
You guessed it right, today is a rest day but let me share a bit about this while we’re at it :)
A rest day is so much more than a lazy day.
It actually helps your body to complete a proper cycle. Between 48h and 72h after a workout, muscles processes are triggered. We are talking about repair, recharge and hypertrophy !
Without rest you are actually diminishing progress and muscle growth.
I feel so much better now taking a rest day haha.
