At the end of each year, I make a list of goals for the next year. Why am I doing it? At least, because it motivates, it inspires, it is important for self-development, and for my present and future.
Typically, my list of goals includes over 100 goals, sometimes even reaching up to 200. I don't set only grandiose goals, like buying a villa or going on a world tour. I set more rational goals in various life spheres.
Additionally, about 20% of my goals are small things. For example, going to a specific cafe and having coffee there. You might say, "Is that a goal?" For me, it is. And by achieving this goal, I feel a small victory that brings me positive emotions.
My list of goals is divided into several categories, or more precisely, life spheres: self-development, spirituality, family, financial goals, health, and so on.
Before writing new goals, I review the list of last year's goals. I won't claim that I achieve 100% of the set goals, but I've noticed an interesting thing. The number of achieved goals grows from year to year. This year, I achieved about 75% of the set goals.
I'll share a couple of them related to HIVE. Firstly, my goal was to gather 8,000 HP, not just by buying HIVE with cash but by engaging in various activities and participating in different projects. Currently, I have 8,500 HP :)
Also, I set a goal to participate in new projects on HIVE, and this goal is achieved as well. One of the most important projects for me was the creation of the Ecency Support community, aimed at supporting and promoting @ecency. Within this community, there is a writing contest project. It's a non-commercial project, at least, it isn't a goal of this project.
Another goal was to accumulate 100,000 Ecency Points. I currently have 96,000 on my balance, but I invested over 30,000 points in projects, sharing them with other users to support their efforts. So, this goal can be considered accomplished.
Among the unreached goals are 700 HBD, daily payouts from a delegation of 10 HP, spending more time on HIVE, and several other goals. I will carry these goals over to the new year.
Now I want to share with you 5 goals for 2024 related to HIVE.
- Reach 15,000 HP
- Monthly payouts from HBD over 15 HBD
- 500 members in Ecency Support Community
- Write a post that accumulates votes totalling over $20
- Collect a deck of more than 7,000 cards in the Rising Star Game
In reality, I already have about 30 goals related to HIVE, and I think this is not the limit :)
