Definitely, Galen, I start by telling you that I am convinced that loves are not pressured, they are released. It's one thing to express emotions and another to "exploit" emotions.

Restraint, in my sense of life over the past six (6) decades, implies moderation, not repression, sacrifice, effort, loyalty..., these were (the first words, I thought).
After thinking about it more in depth.
I decided to think that I didn't want to see my life with a victim's perspective and then I thought about these other words: Strength, Passion and Loyalty.
But to the last and in the most intimate of my soul, they should be: Strength, Passion and Love.
Why?
Strength because I had a life in the difficult family of many strong things and only my integrity of character has made it emerge and I have not fallen into excesses, vices and drugs.
Passion because I do everything with care.
Love because loyalty depends on it and everything else: Learning, giving, thanking, which is what mostly defines my timelife; obviously nothing can happen without love, patience, empathy, fortitude, questioning, freedom, loyalty, justice, dignity, etc in different circumstances of my life.
The moments of decision in my timelife, reveal who I am. That's why today more than ever every choice I make, no matter how small, says a lot about me.
Today when I sum up my life in these words, with strength, passion, and love, I decide to go forward.
On the other hand, Galen, today is Saturday and last weekend I promised myself to do more things that I really like, that do not generate ephemeral pleasure (dopamine), but real happiness, with pleasures of life that I have forgotten (serotonin), such as going to the bathroom and the gym, without the cell phone, for example... 🤔😃.
I think, Galen, that we all go through there, looking for well-being and peace.
After a lot of kicking, we ended up understanding something that we already knew and despised for simple....
