Good day brethren, and welcome to another enlightening review of this great gospel.
The topic of today’s gospel, as presented to us by Bro Eli and Bro Daniel, is "What Pleases God the Most?"

As Christians, we believe that God finds joy in those who seek Him with a sincere heart, living by faith, love, and obedience. The Bible clearly states in

Hebrews 11:6, "Without faith, it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."

This shows us that faith is at the core of our relationship with God. Trusting in Him, even in difficult times, pleases Him greatly because it reflects our reliance on His wisdom and power.

Another thing that brings joy to God is love. Jesus Himself emphasized this in

Matthew 22:37-39, where He said, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself."

Love is the foundation of God’s nature, and when we love genuinely showing kindness, mercy, and forgiveness we are walking in His will. Loving others, especially those in need, is an act of worship that pleases God more than empty religious rituals.

Obedience and humility are also essential in pleasing God.

1 Samuel 15:22 reminds us that "To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams."

This means that following God's commands with a humble and willing heart is more valuable to Him than any offering. A repentant heart is something He treasures.

Psalm 51:17 says, "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise."

God does not expect perfection from us, but He delights in those who acknowledge their sins and seek His forgiveness.

Thank you for stopping by. May the peace of the Lord be with you.
