Image number 399 in the Katharsisdrill collection of free artworks! The next one will be a jubilee (or do I need to reach 500 before it can be called that).

I made this today completely distracted by some mathematician in The Guardian revealing that all the war games led to a nuclear war… Probably a good thing mathematicians do not run the world… better let the arseholes do it.

All I can do to participate in the crazy world myself is giving some sound advice on the practice of fire magic…

This IS magical and wonderful @katharsisdrill and so true all we artists can do is just keep creating bits of reality and fantasy for the eyes and hope for the best. Isn't it odd to be living in the pages of future History books?

Thanks. At least we do no harm and a bring a bit of happiness sometimes. One of the professors I had on the Royal Academy in Copenhagen said: "You can look at a painting called , "the end of the world" and go home with energy and optimism because it was such a masterpiece, and you can abandon all hope in humanity after seeing a crap painting called "Peace and harmony prevail". She is a rather brilliant woman (the professor).
