So let's see how to make it, it's very easy and will take around 20 minutes if you already have boiled potatoes, otherwise, it will take 30 minutes.
☘️☘️Ingredients☘️☘️
🌼 Bread slices - 2
🌼 Boiled potatoes - 5 cups
🌼Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
🌼Chopped green chilies - 2
🌼Chopped fresh coriander leaves
🌼Salt - as per taste
🌼Oil - as needed for frying
☘️☘️Method for making potato Roll☘️☘️
- First, take a large bowl and mash the boiled potatoes using a spoon or masher along with red chili powder and salt until well combined.
- Transfer this mixture to a clean bowl and add chopped fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, and a little cornflour. Mix everything well to ensure it's evenly mixed.
- Now, take the bread slices and grind them in a jar to make breadcrumbs.
- Shape the potato mixture into long rolls.
- Cut them into small pieces.
- Make a thick paste of flour by adding a little water to it.
- Roll each potato piece in the flour paste and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until they turn golden brown from all sides.
- Once fried, remove the rolls and place them on a tissue paper-covered plate to absorb excess oil.
