John 16:33 (KJV) These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
The Bible tells us to remain calm in every situation. We are to cast all of our cares on God
1 Peter 5:7 (KJV) Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
When we cast our cares on God, we won't have anything to worry about. When we trust God for everything, our hearts will be at peace. The peace of God that passes all understanding will guard our hearts and minds.
Philippians 4:7 (KJV) And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
The world is full of tribulations. The world is full of afflictions. The economic situations in the world cause many people to worry. There are many troubles in the world. There's terrorisms; there's corruption. The world is suffering from many problems.
The solution to the problems for us christians is to remain calm in the face of every tribulation. Jesus is our peace in such a troubled world like this. Staying calm means being at peace. We can only have that peace when we trust in God.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV) Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Let us lean on God. Let us trust God for everything. We should learn to rely fully on God. He has promised that He won't fail us and surely, he won't fail us.
