Hello everyone, today I will take everyone to the kitchen to cook simple food in my style. Today after finishing exercising, I sat down to rest and wanted to eat omelet with hot rice because it is a food that I often eat and like to eat very much. And today I also wanted to eat chili paste. I opened the refrigerator and found fresh chilies, so I used them to cook. Let's see the ingredients for making my simple chili paste.
Chili paste ingredients
- Spicy fresh chilies
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Fish sauce
- Lime
- Canned sardines
Omelet ingredients - Oil
- 3 eggs
- Soy sauce
Cooking steps method.
- Steps for making chili paste: Wash the chilies, shallots, and garlic. Spread a little oil on a pan and fry over medium heat until all the ingredients are cooked. Stir continuously to see if it is cooked. Then turn off the heat.
- Open the can of sardines and pour it into a hot pan. Sardines soaked in olive oil will add a delicious, rich flavor.
- When done, take the chilies, garlic, and roasted onions and pound them in a mortar. Today I pounded them in a small mortar because there was not much left. Pound until fine but not too fine, then fry in a pan with sardines.
- Use low heat, then mix well, turn off the heat, season with fish sauce, add sour taste with lemon, and it's done. Scoop into a bowl and serve.
- For omelet, use 3 eggs, add soy sauce, beat the eggs together, then fry in a hot pan with a little oil, remove until the eggs are yellow and crispy, scoop out and eat.
That's it, it's done and ready to eat. Today, I ate alone because it was past noon, with a very easy meal. I cooked rice before cooking. Come enjoy my meal.
