This is my post for #freewriters 2485 prompt attractive looking pig hosted by @mariannewest

I did not own the pig in the above photo, or the next photo, it is just an attractive looking pig, I am not sure where I took the photo, but I love the way it was looking at me, I think it is smiling at me. the next one was ignoring me.

This photo was with the other one, so I must have seen them at the same place.

As a child, we had a dog but when Mitzy passed away, Dad would not let us get another dog, she was a Beagle and Dad cared a lot for her. Now that I have gone through having pets die, I now understand why he was that way. My husband is the same way, each time one passed he would tell me that we were not getting another dog, and it was a long time between getting another one, he said that 3 times, but after Bear passed, he stuck to it until our Granddaughter needed someone to care for her dog.

When we got Bill and Sally, they became my pets. I did not think Bill was attractive but his sister was. She was a red pig and a girl, Bill was a black pig and a boy. We got them when they were each about 20 pounds. I would play with them every day. I would sit and brush Sally, I think she liked it. I remember when Sally died, it was winter and a very cold night, I wanted to bring them into the house, but Dad would not let me, I wanted to take a blanket out to their pin and cover them with it, but Dad said no. I got up one morning and Sally was dead. I am not sure what caused her death but as a child, I thought Bill would not let her inside the enclosure and she froze to death because she was stiff, I was mad at Dad and Bill for a long time, but now I realize it was not cold enough for her to freeze and when things die they become stiff. She must have had something wrong or maybe a snake got her, I will never know......

Today my husband rode his bike to the store and when he went to pay for his items, his wallet was not in his pocket. He came back home and we searched everywhere for it. Yesterday he took his bike out on the big Preserve west of town, we decided that it had to have fallen out of his pocket out there, He could not understand how it got out of the pocket because the pocket velcros shut and he was always cursing them because it was so hard to get his wallet out. Since he now does not have a driver's license he had me drive him back to the preserve.

He rode his bike while I walked looking for the wallet. I saw a lot of deer tracks.

As I was walking toward a gate I saw something in the mud puddle, I did not know that deer lay in puddles like pigs do. It had its back to me so I got pretty close before it took off.

We talked to several people, asking if they found one, and stopped at the ranger station, we saw a Sherriff car and told him about it and he said to stop at the swimming pool and see if someone might have turned it in there, but no wallets were turned in.

Since we never found the wallet, we contacted the bank and had them cancel his debt cards, 2 days ago we received new cards for our business and I activated them, they were the new tap cards and this worried us since all someone has to do is tap it, there is no need to put in a PIN. We have never used a tap card and I thought it was a good thing, now I do not think it is because anyone could get your card and use it.

He looked online at what he needed to do to get a new driver's license, can you believe they charge 48 dollars to make a new one? That is ridiculous. He also has to get another commercial fishing license, I do not know what they will charge for a new one. Luckily he said he only had 20 dollars in it.

I posted on our town's FB page and the lost and found pages hoping someone found it. What a headache!!! I told him for now on to put his wallet in his basket. And for the shorts he was wearing, he will never wear them again because he ripped them into tiny pieces of material.

Sorry to hear that your husband lost his wallet along with the bank card.

What do you mean by new tap cards? Is that something you just need to place the card near to the machine and it will connect via wifi? We have such a card here. It's wifi enabled. No need to place it in the slot like before. It's easy and at the same time, risky, as you have mentioned. However, there is a limit to using it without entering the PIN code. For us, it is 40 OMR. If the amount exceeds 40 OMR, we need to put Pin. Below 40 OMR, we don't need the pin!

Yes what I called the tap card is like you said, we have never used one before, we got them the day before he lost his wallet. It is good to know they have a limit before entering the PIN number.
