This is my post for freewriters 2548 prompt less division hosted by @mariannewest
It is now time for everyone to come back together, your person won or your person lost either way, we have our President and like them or not, that is the way it is and we should respect it, (respect was a hard word for me to type) but we have to do that for the person who won the Presidency. There is no other way.
We have to have less division between us and come together as a Country. We all need to forget about being Democrats or Republicans we just need to be Americans. I did not get anything I wanted passed in this election including the President but now he is my President and I have to come to terms with it and accept him as The President of the United States of America.
Enough of that!!! I want to talk about the best ever gardening tool and my best bud, Rudy.
Rudy has 5 pots of Romaine lettuce 2 of another type of lettuce, and 5 pots of sweet potato vines. He has two pots of carrots and I still have to buy veggies for him because he can eat this faster than I can grow it. For such a little fellow, he sure can eat.
My husband is a little upset with me because I have been stealing some of the leaves from his radish plants for Rudy.
I do not know why he cares, he has 4 pots of radishes, and taking a leaf from one is only going to help the radish grow.
Maybe this tool was made for gardening, I am not sure but it is what I use for planting seeds and weeding. I planted some more veggie seeds for Rudy, it was a mixture that came free with an order. I put the entire package in this pot, as fast as Rudy can eat, I think they will not be overcrowded.
My best garden tool is also great for loosening the roots of carrot weed and other weeds. I stick it in the soil a wiggle it around following the roots and by doing this I can get the entire root out of the ground.
I can also put it between the bricks to get less division to pull weeds out. Any time I see this tool at a yard sale or thrift store I buy it because I am sure this one will be lying in a pot or on the ground somewhere on these 2 acres with the others I have lost, I lose them, I have even painted them red so they will be easy for me to see and I still lose them. I used to get them for 25 cents, the last one that I bought cost a dollar.
