This is my post for #freewriters 2591 prompt attraction of the worst hosted by @mariannewest
Yesterday was "one of those days" when it came to using a computer. I had taken new pictures of Rudy that I wanted to post yesterday but I could not get any of them to load onto my laptop so I posted old pics of him, these are the ones that finally loaded. It was late last night when I saw they had loaded.
I tried to make a new account on a website and when I made the password it told me I had to have more characters, so I added more and it told me it was an invalid password. How can a word you just made up be invalid? I checked and had both typed the same. I erased and retyped both still says invalid, I exed off of the account before I blew my top.
I could not send or receive text on my phone so I tried to sign into my Tracfone account and it kept giving me my husband's account. He also tried and could only get his account. I tried by using my phone number and it told me that it does not exist. I never figured it out. Last night I received texts that my husband had been sending to see if it worked. I never got on my account and even tried to make a new one and it told me it already exists. I closed it out!!!! My husband's phone worked fine.
My son thinks he will get out today and wanted me to download an app for the store closest to the jail. He will be able to get something to eat and drink while he waits for me to come get him. I could not get the app to load.
I was starting to feel like having computers and cell phones is an attraction of the worst kind, a love/hate relationship. They are a wonderful thing to have when they work right, but when they don't work the right way, they will make the most even tempered person want to hit them with a hammer and do a little dance on top of it, then throw the pieces through a window hoping they land in a mud puddle, then go outside and jump on it, maybe next run it over with The Beast, (my truck), pick up all of the pieces and throw them in the recycle pile with all of the other electronics that do not want to work right.
Whew, that felt good.
