Reaper's Party
Reaper's Party might have a different official team name, but if they do we don't currently know it.
The group works with the Bandyhand Institute as Retainers, and was recently hired at the same time our player party joined the Institute. Whatever deeds they did to gain the notice of the Bandyhand Institute hasn't come up, but they appear to be a capable group with at least as much experience as the players.
They had horses, prior to the events of Sycamore Crossing, but after being saved from near-certain death, some of the horses have been kept by the players.
The group is comprised of the following members currently. These are represented as player-like NPCs with associated races and classes, though their actual mechanics may vary from what a player can do.

Reaver has all normal Elven racial traits (Keen Senses, Fey Ancestry, Trance, Darkvision), plus two from his Shadar-kai racial variant:
Necrotic Resistance. You have resistance to necrotic damage.
Blessing of the Raven Queen. As a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. Once you use this trait, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest. Starting at 3rd level, you also gain resistance to all damage when you teleport using this trait. The resistance lasts until the start of your next turn. During that time, you appear ghostly and translucent.
Shadar-kai Description:
Sworn to the Raven Queen's service, the mysterious Shadar-kai venture into the Material Plane from the Shadowfell to advance her will. Once they were fey like the rest of their elven kin, and now they exist in a strange state between life and death. Eladrin and Shadar-kai are like reflections of each other: one bursting with emotion, the other nearly devoid of it.
Shadow Magic Origin Quirk:
You are a creature of shadow, for your innate magic comes from the Shadowfell itself. You might trace your lineage to an entity from that place, or perhaps you were exposed to its fell energy and transformed by it.
The power of shadow magic casts a strange pall over your physical presence. The spark of life that sustains you is muffled, as if it struggles to remain viable against the dark energy that imbues your soul. At your option, you can pick from or roll on the Shadow Sorcerer Quirks table to create a quirk for your character.
Your heart beats once per minute. This event sometimes surprises you.

Feeling a deep connection to the environment around them, some rangers reach out through their magical connection to the world and bond with a swarm of nature spirits. The swarm becomes a potent force in battle, as well as helpful company for the ranger. Some Swarmkeepers are outcasts or hermits, keeping to themselves and their attendant swarms rather than dealing with the discomfort of others. Other Swarmkeepers enjoy building vibrant communities that work for the mutual benefit of all those they consider part of their swarm.

Kinet has all standard Tiefling racial traits plus:
Legacy of Maladomini. You know the thaumaturgy cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the ray of sickness spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the crown of madness spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Kinet if asked what her 'class' is, will always call herself a Hell Knight.
Some of these paladins go so far as to consort with the powers of the Nine Hells, valuing the rule of law over the balm of mercy. The archdevil Bel, warlord of Avernus, counts many of these paladins—called hell knights—as his most ardent supporters. Hell knights cover their armor with trophies taken from fallen enemies, a grim warning to any who dare oppose them and the decrees of their lords. These knights are often most fiercely resisted by other paladins of this oath, who believe that the hell knights have wandered too far into darkness.
